Abstract
The article examines the processes of the emergency situations and management tasks are formulated protective measures. Initially specified initial concepts and a general classification of emergency situations. As a result of classification defined are substantial processes and factors affecting the manifestation of protective measures. Structuring these factors and formulation of management tasks, a system of protection indicators that allow implementing rapid real time measurements is proposed.

Abstract
In this article we evaluate the use of mobile devices for testing as compared to web-based assessment systems. Many educational organizations are trying to reduce the cost of the exams, the workload and delay of scoring, and the human errors. Also, they try to increase the accuracy and efficiency of the testing. Recently, most examination organizations use Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT) as the method for large scale testing. We consider the creation of test tasks for adaptive testing. An algorithm for the functioning of an adaptive system is proposed. An example of test tasks for carrying out adaptive testing is given, based on the proposed model. The results show that the majority of the MAT (mobile adaptive test) systems give priority to security, reliability and maintainability. However, they do not offer to the examinee any advanced support and functionalities. Also, the feedback to the examinee is limited and the presentation of the items is poor. Recommendations are made in order to enhance the overall quality of a CAT system. For example, alternative multimedia items should be available so that the examinee would choose his preferred media type. Feedback could be improved by providing more information to the examinee or providing information anytime the examinee wished.

Abstract
Open software solutions for web / videoconferencing are analyzed both from the technological and functional aspects in the scale of a well-developed videoconferencing IT segment. Apache OpenMeetings international project is considered in details in programming, user, service and commercial aspects by the Novosibirsk developers’ team as an example in the dynamics of the development. Opportunities and advantages are shown, further growth prospects are indicated.

Abstract
In this work we define a model for visualization of interconnections of objects and their attributes in different processes. An abstract universal component of graphic user interface is developed based on the defined model. The component is also proved to work on applied task of fact extraction from documents.

Abstract
In this article a study of the chaotic state of the carrier signals secure communication systems based on dynamic chaos using common methods of nonlinear dynamics (the maximum Lyapunov exponent, Hurst exponent and recurrent graphics). As secure communication systems based on dynamic chaos are considered apparatus for protection against imitation of controlled objects with high structural security of carrier signals. Using methods of nonlinear dynamics, the study of time realizations transmitted in the communication channel signals obtained in the ScicosLab environment with the studied device. Analysis of the data shows that the studied signals generally have the properties of the chaotic state and can potentially provide protection of transmitted over wireless communication channels information from unauthorized access. The described approach to the study of the chaotic state of the carrier signals based on the integrated application of known mathematical apparatus of nonlinear dynamics techniques potentially can be applied to study the chaotic state of the carrier signals of a wide class of systems for secure communications based on dynamic chaos.

Abstract
In this paper, the mathematical model of elastoplastic media with allowance for phase transitions between a solid, a liquid and a gas is presented. The process of splitting off the substance from the gas phase is also taken into account. An approach to the writing the state equation of elastoplastic media is formulated, basic invariants used for constructing the state equation are received. The results of mathematical modeling of geological deformations leading to the formation of cracks are presented.

Abstract
Web technologies and social networks have changed the system of scientific communications qualitatively. How successful are Russian scientists using them? This study consists of two parts. Firstly, personal websites (if any) of all academicians and corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences were studied. Secondly, the degree of penetration of the social network ResearchGate into Russian scientific organizations was analyzed. It turned out that about half of outstanding scientists have their own personal website in Russian, but more than 90 % of them do not have a site in English. Also, more than 90 % of scientists do not place links to the full texts of articles on their websites and are not registered in ResearchGate.

Abstract
The article is established measure of robustness for linear closed-loop systems with indeterminacy of structure and parametric uncertainty into transfer function of object control. Also, in the article presented the algorithm of variation of parameters of a modal controller that increases the robustness for closed-loop system. The results may be realized on computer.

Abstract
A high level of software and hardware platforms changeability dictates the need to expedite deriving divergent critical performance metrics such as response times. In this paper we present uniform conceptual data model along with uniform data processing and propose “black box” queuing network model with mass multi-service demands and single queuing node. Every service demand associates with the original transaction class accessing personal documental database objects and characterizes by Poison distribution. Proposal model doesn’t take into account salient features of transaction processing and therefore doesn’t depend on current upgrades of its automation environments. Unlike other performance evaluation models our approach targets on application aspects of application development, deployment and utilization when it needs do performance testing of application en bloc for limited periods.

Abstract
The presented work is devoted to the substantiation of a new electromagnetic tool for logging oil and gas wells on the basis of computer simulation. The solution of the direct problem of electromagnetic logging for a toroidal source in a cylindrically-layered geoelectric model is obtained. Complexes of algorithms and computer programs for the analysis of signals of the electromagnetic tool with toroidal coils in spatially inhomogeneous anisotropic media have been developed. By means of large-scale computer simulation, the optimal configuration of the tool system is substantiated and its capabilities for studying macroanisotropic properties of geological media are investigated.
