Abstract
The paper presents the results of high-precision magnetic surveys by a quantum magnetometer using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The object of research was an area of 10 hectares (500 × 200 m) at the archaeological site of New Kurya in Western Siberia. The accuracy of the registration of the induction module of the geomagnetic field was not lower than 0.3 nT. The spatial accuracy of GPS coordinates lies in the submeter range. Magnetic anomalies caused by ancient mounds with an amplitude of up to 5-10 nT were revealed. The technique for isolating such low-amplitude anomalies included taking into account the geomagnetic variations of the external field, the regional anomalous field, and the use of a number of algorithms for the statistical processing of primary data. Identified magnetic anomalies can reliably determine the features of the device and the size of the mounds, including those not expressed in relief. The information received makes it possible to plan a strategy for archaeological study of this monument at a qualitatively different level. The prospects of further development and use of the technology in question for solving archaeological problems are noted.

Abstract
Now, the work aimed at extracting maximum information about archaeological objects using geophysical methods is relevant. The possibilities for this give us the integration of various geophysical methods. In 2018-2019, electrical exploration works were carried out at the archaeological site Ust-Tartas mounds (Western Siberia). The sites for these works were selected based on magnetic survey data. The purpose of the research was to obtain additional information on the parameters of archaeological objects and to compare the possibilities of different geophysical methods. Several different magnetic anomalies were chosen for the studies. Methods of electromagnetic frequency sounding, electrotomography and georadiolocation were used. We were able to refine the length, width, depth of objects, and their configuration. The type of objects studied (burial or pit, settlement complex) is defined. The most informative results, which complement the magnetic survey data, are obtained using the electrotomography method.

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of reliability of information systems, in order to solve this problem, a method for assessing the fault tolerance of data transmission systems using the apparatus of mathematical modeling of fault-tolerant systems with three levels of operation was introduced. Also the mathematical model in the form of a graph of states and the probability of failure with a system of differential equations for its description was formulated. The solution of mathematical model allows to obtain the probability of failure at different levels of functioning of information systems in order to detect and find faults and equipment failures.

Abstract
The problem of controlling the movement of a quadrocopter during transportation of cargo on a suspension is considered. This paper presents the results of an experimental verification of a previously developed nonlinear regulator for suppressing suspension vibrations relative to the vertical. The description of the created experimental stand for flight control of a small-sized quadrocopter in the room is given.

Abstract
In the context of the development of new digital public administration and the transition from workstations to digital platforms, the task of systematizing knowledge about professional software (ProSW) used in state and municipal institutions is becoming urgent. One of the approaches to the systematization of information about software is its typification and classification. To solve this problem, the author chose from open Internet sources and analyzed the main characteristics of leading Russian vendors that supply their software products for public finance management, including such well-known brands as Firma 1C, Parus Corporation, NPO Krista and a number of others. Based on the analysis of the data submitted by the vendors of the descriptions of their ProSW, the article first proposed its typification and various classification, including with respect to the ownership of ProSW. The proposed structuring of information on the software for financial management can be used for registering software in the Unified Register of Russian Programs and in standardized lists of goods, works and services that are purchased by customers in order to meet state and municipal needs, including the comparative assessment of the cost of the same type of software. The author concludes that the architecture of the universally used ProSW is not sufficiently effective due to the use of outdated approaches to system design. The results of the study can be used to expand the knowledge of students in higher educational institutions in areas related to public administration, IT management and software development.

Abstract
Principles of mobile applications development, requiring no server code, are described. Database, user authentication and notification sending functions are suggested to be implemented by BaaS model (Backend as a Service). Example architecture of serverless mobile application using Google Firebase cloud services is shown. Brief description of basic interactions between serverless architecture components is given.

Abstract
Regulation of eukaryotic gene transcription is controlled by specific proteins transcription factors. Transcription factors bind certain regions of genomic DNA (binding sites or motives). Common action of two or more transcription factors is widespread mechanism of transcription factor action. Hence, the term ‘composite element’ implied two closely located and frequently occurred in genomic DNA motives. Composite elements are partitioned onto those with two overlapped motifs, or with these two motifs separated with a spacer. Currently, the chromatin immuno- precipitation high throughput approach ChIP-seq is used to locate binding sites for a certain “anchor” transcription factor in vivo in genomic scale. Thus, the search of composite elements with the help of ChIP-seq whole-genome transcription factor binding profiles is the actual bioinformatics issue. But existing approaches for prediction of composite elements on the basis of ChIP-seq data either omit an overlap of motifs (but require only a single ChIP-seq dataset) or consider an overlap of motifs (but require additional ChIP-seq data for a partner motif). But, ChIP-seq experiments are very expensive. In the Institute of Cytology and Genetics, MCOT program has been recently developed. It performs search of motifs taking into account their overlaps based on a single ChIP-seq dataset. MCOT is a console application and does not have many user friendly functions like data preparation and report generation. This work presents a web service WebMCOT for prediction of co-occurred DNA motifs in ChIP-seq data. WebMCOT consists of three parts: client, server, and worker. Software tools list, architecture and web interface are presented.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of practical approaches to the implementation of the system of electronic portfolio of students in the university and the analysis of the experience of its application. The functionality of the software implementation of the example of the electronic portfolio, as well as the software architecture, is considered, the main sections of the electronic portfolio system are formulated. Automation of business processes of working with the portfolio allows you to quickly create, store and process information about the status of the basic parameters of activity of students in various fields of activity, which can be useful for both teachers and employees of various interested departments in the university.
